Open to Heads of School, Coordinators and IB educators.

How do we define wellbeing within our school community and implement strategies for wellbeing that will positively impact and empower students and educators? When students feel supported and mentally healthy, they are better equipped to engage in their studies, perform well academically, and form positive relationships with peers and teachers. Prioritising wellbeing in schools not only promotes happier, healthier students but also lays the foundation for a more productive and inclusive educational experience.
This workshop will enable you to:
• Prioritise student wellbeing through investments of time, funds and resources.
• Tailor the definition of wellbeing to align with your school's context.
• Implement policies that prioritise support for educators.
• Explore the concepts of subjective wellbeing and satisfaction with school life to create a practical, measurable and comprehensive approach to wellbeing.
•
